In order to facilitate the smooth operation of the bed and breakfast, it is understood that our guests accept our general house rules, terms and conditions.

Arrival
Please text the innkeeper an hour out from arrival, or let her know the day of arrival your ETA so that she can let you in.
 

Security
Please keep doors locked at all times.  The key code will be given to you upon arrival.

Parking
Please park in front of the house past the yellow paint.

Payment
Please make payment before your arrival via telephone, or you may fill-out a payment form located in the suite.  

All payments are secure through “Square”.  A receipt will be sent to the phone number provided as soon as the transaction is complete!

No Unregistered Guest on the Premises
Meriwether’s Retreat access is limited to REGISTERED GUESTS only. NO un-registered guests or overnight guests/visitors.  No exceptions.  Our insurance policy is very strict regarding this rule.  Please do not break it.

No Smoking
This entire property is a no smoking facility. No smoking inside, on the porches, or on the grounds.  Please note that non-compliance of our no smoking policy may constitute termination. In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled and no refunds will be made.  A $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

Cycle Storage
You are welcome to store your cycles in the foyer.  Failure to do so is a huge risk, and we will not be liable for any stolen cycles.

Adults Only Property
This property is for adults only. No children and No pets.

Noise
NO loud parties and NO loud noise.

General Safety
Please do not move the furniture or burn candles.

Please note that the exterior doors and outside of the home are monitored around the clock.  There is no monitoring inside the B & B.

Termination Policy
Meriwether’s Retreat Bed & Breakfast reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behavior or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others.

Damage & loss
All guests are liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause or incur at Meriwether’s Retreat.

Please take care of our B & B during your stay. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant, or for missing items.

We cannot accept responsibility for your losses within the premises or on the grounds.

Please ensure that you lock the house door, your room door, and keep your car locked at all times.  

House rules are established for the comfort, privacy and security of all guests and your hosts.  Most of these rules are in place due to our insurance policy, as well as issues that have occurred in the past.  We appreciate your consideration.
